    It is understood that in the event of an oil leakage emergency in the furnace roof equipment of the plant, if new oil cannot be added to the fuel tank in time, the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank will be quickly leaked, resulting in a low oil level in the fuel tank, affecting normal production, and even causing a blast furnace in severe cases. Shut the wind. In the past, when oil leakage occurred, it was necessary to temporarily use a refueling pump for refueling on site. The procedure for connecting the refueling equipment was complicated and time-consuming. In order to properly handle the equipment emergencies, the ironworks decided to modify the oil tank of the hydraulic station on the top of the blast furnace, that is, add a high-level oil tank next to the hydraulic station, which can perfectly cope with the equipment emergencies. The iron smelter organized the maintenance force to make a high-level fuel tank with stainless steel plates. The volume of the fuel tank can hold 4 barrels of hydraulic oil. During the installation process, the technicians decided to install the high-level fuel tank through continuous demonstration on the installation position and height of the fuel tank. On the original basis, it is raised to 2 meters, and the two oil tanks are connected together with oil pipes. When the equipment leakage is finished, employees only need to open the shut-off valve switch, and the hydraulic oil in the high-level oil tank can be quickly refueled, effectively avoiding Blast furnace equipment accident.

 

    After the renovation, the refueling time of the top fuel tank of the plant has been shortened from the original 5 minutes to 15 seconds.
